Welcome to the Financial Security Summit (aka "FIN$EC"). Your participation in this summit is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Company (also referred to as either "FIN$EC", "the Financial Security Summit", "summit", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our" in this Agreement) refers to Wave Analytics International LLC dba FIN$EC, 2217 Matthews Township Pkwy, Ste D-233, Matthews, NC 28105.

1. Educational Nature: The Financial Security Summit provides information for educational purposes, focusing on technical analysis and application in the financial markets. This includes, but is not limited to, investing, finance, debt elimination, retirement, and financial tools.

2. No Financial Advice: The summit does not offer financial advice or endorse any specific investment strategies. Participation should not be seen as an endorsement of any particular approach to financial management.

3. Risk Acknowledgement: Investing in financial markets involves risk, including the potential loss of capital. All sales related to seminars, software, the VIP Gold Pass, and other materials from the summit are final.

11. Intellectual Property Rights: All content, including presentations and materials, provided during the summit is protected by copyright and should not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

13. Arbitration and Governing Law: Any disputes arising from participation in the summit will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Mecklenburg County in the State of North Carolina.

14. Financial Relationships Disclosure: The summit may receive compensation from partners, sponsors, and speakers. These relationships do not imply endorsement of any products or services.

15. Changes to These Terms: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use this website after the new revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and any related services.
